The God of Generations

Pastor Joakim Lundqvist

In this powerful message from Exodus 3:15, Pastor Joakim reminds us that God reveals Himself as the God of fathers, sons, and grandchildren, a covenant-keeping God whose faithfulness stretches from generation to generation.

Key Takeaways

  • INVITE the New Generation Move from “welcomed and appreciated” to “essential and needed.” The new generation must be actively invited into purpose (Matthew 20).
  • INCLUDE the New Generation “Lift the boy up and take him by the hand.” (Genesis 21:18) Support. Protect. Encourage. Believe in them. We must never leave them alone.
  • INVOLVE the New Generation Not hang out. Not relax. Work. The next generation is not the church of tomorrow — they are part of the church today.

We don’t just serve a generational God. We are called to build a generational church.
